Participation, payment and privacy
Who operates this platform
Nu Lifestyle Outreach Ministries (NLOM) owns and operates the NuHealth NuWealth brand, serves as the legal operator and contracting party, and receives program payments through its authorized payment accounts.
Education and experiential learning
Programs may include instruction, physical practice, wellness education, accountability, meal planning and practitioner-guided review. A required program fee remains an enrollment fee; optional ministry contributions are presented separately.
Training participation
Training is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Participants must disclose movement restrictions relevant to safe instruction, follow coaching boundaries and stop activity that causes pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms. A separate waiver of liability and participation agreement must be reviewed and signed before the first session.
Food announcements and orders
Joining the Taste of NU list does not place an order. Each active menu must publish ingredients, known allergens, price, order cutoff, fulfillment method and pickup or delivery window.
Information collected
We collect contact details, availability, goals, performance estimates, food preferences and limited safety-related information. Information supports routing, scheduling, service delivery, client records, progress tracking and follow-up. Photos and testimonials require separate permission before public use.
BioScan and K2C
BioScan and K2C materials are offered as educational and reflective inputs within practitioner review. K2C is an Indigenous psychology and cosmology framework, not a medical diagnostic method.
